NF Service certification for handling customer reviews
Net Reviews ( verified-reviews.com ) specializes in the collection, moderation and restitution of brand reviews submitted by consumers on e-merchants. Our online brand opinion collection services for consumers have been certified by AFNOR Certification since March 28, 2014. To uphold our commitment to quality, we commit to comply with NF ISO 20488 standards and NF522 V2 certification standards.
Step 1: review gathering
- Net Reviews positions itself as a third party and collects client brand reviews on behalf of its e-merchant customers.
- All consumers – without any selection – will be requested to file a brand review.
- The brand reviews will be collected from authenticated Internet users with a proof of purchase experience.
Step 2: moderation
- Illicit or inappropriate content that may be deleted is judged according to criteria imposed by AFNOR certification.
- The consumer is informed if their brand review is rejected.
- The online retailer cannot modify or delete comments.
- The moderation provides the opportunity for e-merchants to respond and deal with a problem with their client before publication of the brand review.
Step 3: review publication
- All the brand reviews, both positive and negative, will be published.
- Brand reviews are shown by default from newest to oldest.

The NF Service quality mark "avis en ligne" (online reviews) is awarded by AFNOR Certification, an independent certification body, following a complete examination of the services offered by our organisation.
